thought id try it. anyone know if this product is legit? personal experience?
it has been proven that all this crap doesn't work. Subjectively, its all in your mind. Why take a "cold preventer" that wont' work...just convince yourself that you're not sick and guess what....
I dont really care what anyone says, Airborne is the shit. I take it when I first notice a cold coming on (not the flu, mind you) and it kicks that shit right out after a day or two.
and its not like its some magic pill, its just vitamins and minerals.
it only masks the symptoms of the cold.
how does it mask the symptons? would you need some sort of antihistamine?
are you syaing that it cures the common cold?
Just take a good bit of vitamin c, make sure to take a multi twice a day, and drink plenty of fluids.
you forgot the rest part as well mr med...
That's all that airborne is. It just loads you up with vitamins in an attempt to boost your immune system. You might as well just reguarly take your multivitamin and you'd be just as well off.
Airborne is awesome to help sore throats though.
You lack the strongminded to defeat common colds with your airborne. Not using airborne prepared me for life and mind.
Elderberry extract has been shown to reduce flu symptoms to 3-4 days
there is no cure, but these supplements greatly reduce the duration
true story... last year I got the flu twice and knocked it out in 2 days each time heavy dosing elderberry extract... I used nature's way sambucol, or if you have a vitamin shoppe, their black elderberry extract is the same shit cuz nature's way makes it... I just went through a bottle a day the first time and a bottle between the two days the second time...
nature's way makes a product called umcka that's good for the cold, it's a geranium extract native to south africa
Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries.
