I really want another good lens for street photog but Im really considering the canon 100mm 2.8 macro because I dont have a macro yet. How well will it work for street photog? Or should I just stick with getting an 85 1.8?

I think 95% of well done and well known "street" photography is wide.. 85 and 100 seems way weird to me

    I have a 50 1.8 and a 10-22 3.5-4.5 so Id like something with some reach like an 85 or a 100. I plan on getting a 28mm 1.8 after the 85 or 100.

disagree. you could get some great candid shots and separate everything else out with the long range.

I've seen some amazing street shots with an 85mm

"Street" shots done with telephoto aren't street shots as much as creeper shots, IMO.
