    Looks yummy.

We're going through a box of Cheerios and Joe's Os (Trader Joe's house brand).

Finally got through the Kix.. thank goodness.

Has canola oil in it, therefore does not have the synthetic seal of approval.

    I'll be buying some tonight.

I throw my oats in a dish with water and milk, let em soak over night in the fridge. In the morning I just throw it in the microwave, but I still gotta watch them cook to make sure they don't overflow and then wait for them to cool and thicken which just takes to much time for my tastes, cold cereal is so much quicker, easier, and less messy. I'm always rushing in the morning so it would be nice if I could just throw some wheaties in a bowl, pour some milk in and chow down.

I like Special K Protein Plus

Each serving (3/4 cup) has only 14g carbs and 10g protein. You can't beat that.

I don't do milk, so I usually poor it on top of some greek yogurt. Cereal + yogurt = 40g carbs and 35g protein. Not bad at all for a sweet and easy snack.

i aim at 400 per meal. the all bran cereal has something most cereals are missing .. FIBER.. keeps you fuller longer and no sugar crash. a normal person wont eat one serving of cereal. for a meal.. maybe 2 or 3

    This.

I'm not nearly as strict as half the people here when I cut and still get results

Synthetic would have a stroke if he saw what you and I got away with while cutting.

Maybe it's because I am still young. This might all change when I hit the big 30 or something.
