How's it stack up to these other fat burners out on the market?

grilled chicken, oats, broccoli and caffeine seem to get me shredded beyond belief every time though

that's pretty much I'm doing right now. I was just browsing over Dave Tate's diet and saw Justin Harris recommending it. I've been doing green tea and caffeine over the last 2 weeks, but honestly can't say I've seen much happening.

I know it's still kinda early, but in the 2 weeks now I haven't seen shit happening, making me start to wonder if calories gotta cut back some. Scale is still sitting around 285. I have a little bit less bloat, but I think this is just from cutting back on some sodium.

    Meals 1-3 are 50/40/14
    Meals 4-6 are 50/0-10/14

drop the whole grain bread bro. replace with more oats or a cup of brown rice. up the cardio if you still dont see results after that.

honestly right now im throwing oats in my shakes and drinking them, ill do yolk-free noodles every other day or so only on workout days, the rest is veggies, sometimes ill cook my rice and vary it up and eat that instead of the oats in the shake when im really craving carbs, cook the rice up for the week ahead, a lot of it.

This. It's idiot proof (good for us) and will save you loads of time on checking/cleaning.
