It has a horrible aftertaste if it's warm..chill it as cold as possible.

not bad at all (my gf bought it & i got a puddin cravin too :mamoru: ). i like the vanilla, banana, & chocolate flavors.

Of course you're going to want to use whey of a matching flavor if youre gonna mix it in. :hsugh:

i just went out and got a bunch. i mixed a large box of chocolate and small box of vanilla with 5 cups of carb countdown skim, which made 2 MASSIVE bowls of pudding. They are in the fridge right now, i'm gonna eat one in a bit :yum:

ok this is probably the best "healthy" snack i've ever had. the pudding, a sliced up banana, and big scoop of natural peanut butter. Not really high in protein at all, but i've had more then enough already today and you could always add whey if you want too...just watch the calories with the pb since that adds up quick.

It's really not bad, they've improved stuff a lot. It's still rather high-carb, especially with the milk, if you're watching that sort of thing. With some good whey protein in it though, and maybe a lil fat-free cool whip it's

EDIT: Hah, you tried it! :) I always keep a couple boxes around to save me on cravings day.
