im lookin for info on it. have a couple docs, but they arent really informative.

I don't believe it's well-liked around here. I myself have never tried it, or even really looked into it.
I have looked into DC's "extreme stretching" program though and have given thougt to trying that out.
I know about it. I haven't used it though.
it works if you follow everything about it, including the eating. i've been doing the extreme stretching and it's actually pretty effective and useful. give it all a try and see how it works for you. if you need any info about it i have a few documents that might help.
the extreme stretching is really max duration yielding isometrics
post up what u have please.
from what i know about the routine:
one excercise per body part, max weight, 2-3 sets, 15-20 reps, with 20 sec pause b/t sets.
the one excercise thing is weird to me. i mean, the only thing youre doing to build a better bench is bench and one tri movement.
whats the stretching about?
and eating? he recommends 2x bw protein?
