Scivation's Cut Diet 3... I did Cut Diet 1 and it was great, just haven't read #3 yet, curious if there were many changes between 1 and 3?

I downloaded #3 tonight.. so I'll give it a read.

it's not a whole new diet or anything, they've just revised the book a few times. The basic diet is almost exactly the same.

It doesn't really look like a diet that is good for mass building at all, more so for cutting. I've used it a few times to shed some weight, but I've only gone on it for a couple weeks at a time because it is a PITA taking the food options, weighing them, and adding other small things to my diet.

I eat strictly chicken, veggies, turkey, brown rice, wheat bread, ect.

I think after years of dieting, you can pretty much manipulate your diet based on what has worked for you before and use it later. Timber is a totally different story.
