I really hurt my ratio at the martial arts tracker when I downloaded this shit and never watched it.
It's just weird and goofy. And it's just especially fucking annoying because you need to watch like 12 hours of DVDs just to know what you need to do for the week.

ive actually asked him about it. it helped him cuz he was a lazy ass that wouldnt go to the gym even since he had a membership. it only worked because he needed that motivation of watching and following what someone is doing to workout. so in his case, it worked.

What people don't realize is that the workout routine is fine for those looking to excersize to lose weight, but most importantly the diet provided with the program is exactly what fatties need to follow in order to cut weight and see results. You could slip any half decent workout routine into the p90x package with the same diet plan and you would still see results for most people.
For losing weight: DIET > LIFTING >>> CARDIO
If you're typical fatty or skinny-fat person who doesn't do anything then something like p90x could definitely give you some gains.
What I don't like is how people who already workout and have gym memberships buy p90x and expect to look like the dudes in the ad. For someone who already works out and eats even halfway decently, a program like p90x won't do much for you. If I followed the p90x program guide, I would probably gain fat and lose substantial amount of muscle.
And of course, you have the retards who are totally out of shape and buy p90x and talk shit about how in 90 days they're going to look like the fitness model on the cover
People don't understand how fucking important diet is, and it annoys the shit out me. I talk to dudes every single day that lift hard 5 days a week and hardly see any progress. Why can't I get abs? How come I don't have crazy vascularity, Where's my V-shape? Then I ask them about their diet/drinking habits. Surprise, surprise, they get drunk all weekend and their post workout meal consists of a cheeseburger and french fries, or fried chicken and 2 cups of white rice
Unless you're Timber (or some similar breed of super-human) then lifting doesn't mean shit when you're drinking 4 nights a week and eating junk food 500+ cals over your maintenance

Its better than doing nothing at all but certainly not the miracle pill its made out to be.

IIRC he was already benching 250 before he started though but he looked bigger and waaaaay more cut and big after the program.
