Yeah, but you can always use the drive sharing software they announced today.
I would think it would run Vista as well as any 1.6 GHz, integrated graphics Windows machine. Not speedy but it will be plenty usable.
What i mean is that I doubt Windows will support the installation over the Wireless drive technology. They mentioned that you can install leopard over wireless, but I'm assuming that it downloads the entire drive's contents and caches it onto the hard drive and installs from there.
A Mac booted into "Target Mode" will also display any discs inserted into it. So you could use another laptop or desktop as a glorified external CD/DVD drive.
