    I just started... I was wondering what dosage everyone is using for it??

    I am taking ~2.5g before and after working out

    I just got some from BN. I don't really know how much to take also, but i'm not expecting it to do anything so fuck it.

    i take 4/5 a spoonful 30 mins before working out. and on off days i take 4/5 still at some point.

    Not to hijack the thread but when using monohydrate and loading, do you load for the full first 7 days, or just 5.

    Ok so i know loading on cee is not needed but I read alot saying its good for mono, so yea im going to do it. But it says for the first week, but the container says only for 4 days... iono what to do.

    I started taking it about a month ago. I have not noticed a difference. The last time I took creatine was back in high school and I took monohydrate. I felt like it worked better for me.

    Scott's PureCEE here. 5 pills 45 minutes before workout with water. Although it'll work well with something with a high glycemic index.

    how bout this one, importance of sugar with creatine? do you really need it for your inulin levels and shit or no?

    I have some cee that I got from 1fast400. But I got it 9 months ago or maybe more. Is it still good or does creatine go bad after a while???
