just by mixing it with your pwo shake? im trying it right now. its cheap as hell
leucine + glutamine is supposed to be ownage
2531mg of leucine per scoop of ON whey according to my strawberry bag
4082mg of "glutamine and precursors" per scoop as well
When I take my BCAA's, I usually do half BCAA/half luecine since leucine is cheap as hell and most of the benefits of BCAA's are due to the leucine content.
what's it for?
Interesting. I wonder if the 2531mg in ON Whey is enough, if more supplementation is needed?
I bought 100g from an online store and I've been adding it.
