Anyone supplementing CLA, Conjugated linoleic acid

    I read an article in my Vitamin Shoppe magazine that supplementing 6g of CLA and 5g of Creatine mono led to 5x greater muscle mass over 6 months

    my g/f was asking about it and when I asked around people said it isn't bad, but there are more effective supp's such as fish oil.

    They say it COULD be effective but have never definitively proven it. Also it can up your cholesterol (supposedly).

    Ryan Reynolds used it when he got ripped up for Blade 3 so who fuckin knows.
