Mainly pertaining to "The Book Of Muscle"...i was checking it out on EliteFTS and they seemed to give it good credit, the only thing that has me investigating is the fact that it is from Men's Health, anyone read this? Is it legit or just some regergitated yuppie Men's Health literature?

So it's just the basics? Do you know what type of training splits he focuses on?

I have it actually. I went through the beginner program and was going through the advanced until I hurt my back deadlifting. If you have been working out seriously you might not have a need for it, but I found the programs to be pretty challenging and there is alot of information about different muscle groups and various exercise diagrams.
