anyone opt out of lactose by choice?

    was talking to a bb'er at the gym..he was telling me to cut out milk completely because even fat free milk makes you bloated.

    also told me to get any fat burner, coffee and children aspirin while cutting.

    anyone want to chime in on this?

    I say if you're in the last week or two before competition or thereabouts is the only time you might consider avoiding dairy. And that's only a 'maybe' there too..

    I'm lactose intolerant and only stop drinking Musclemilk for example 3 days before a shoot. I know many believe in the myth that they have to cut out milk and whey products weeks before.
