Did it this morning..it's pretty easy to make and very delish, would be even more om nom nom if i had some vanilla or cinnamon extract lying around.

    ingredients:
    2-3 egg whites
    1 cup oatmeal
1-2 scoops of whey (i used whey vanilla dynamize elite that i got from FitRx  )
1/2 cup of nonfat milk or water
    vanilla or cinnamon extract (optional)

    1) blend everything until smooth
    2) little olive oil or smart balance butter on frying pan, low-medium heat
    3) pour into pan, make sure you leave it on low-medium heat or else the batter will burn
    4) allow the surface excess liquid batter run into the bottom of the pancake by consistently lifting it up
    5) once mixture has solidified, flip, let it sit for a minute or two
    6) serve with light syrup or honey

    om nom nom nom

you can make extra portions and store them in the fridge for an easy snack.

I like the Aunt Jamima wheat pancakes and throw 2 scoops of choc whey in there. Sugar free syrup and some skim milk, almost makes me feel bad.

French toast is probably the best breakfast food on the face of this planet.
