Started having some regularly, it's actually pretty good.

Might even have some ground up birds, rats and insects for extra protein, amirite?

Listen, guy, I do not appreciate you calling me a "bromo." Please refrain or I will have to take drastic measures.

You don't want me to take those, aforementioned, "measures."

Thank you and I hope we will have no further issues.

It's pretty good, but like its already been said, it's full of salt.

And the low sodium version is fucking vomitous.

All the enzymes are dead. It's a complete waste of money.

I never noticed the sodium content :noes: 710mg per 355ml can.
But it also has 710mg of potassium, so the overall effect should be positive, no?

Vegetables have enzymes? I was under the impression vegetables are good because of a high mineral/water/vitamin content.

Also, if enzymes don't last on their own, then how is CoQ10 effective?

I don't know anything about CoQ10 but as soon as you cut a vegetable or a fruit, the enzymes begin to dye. That's why you can't store juices that you make in a juicer. The enzymes are the reason to eat veggies.

Funny... I could have sworn that the vitamins, minerals, and fiber were one of the big reasons to eat fruits/veggies. Shit, now that i know that it's the enzymes and that they're all dead by the time I eat the damn thing, I'll just stop eating veggies/fruit all together!

Finally found what ray is talking about:
    http://www.ezhealthydiet.com/v8-juice.html

And irregardless of 'enzymes', it still contains lots of nutrients.

Lots of good pointers in this thread though
