Anyone like a new routine an diet? V. Slack jawwed faggots

    Anyone want another routine to try, one thats aggressive and brutal but anyone can do it with right nutrition and a brain that works at least 12 hours a day.

    It will be one more geared toward building thick dense tissue and split up with a refinement cycle as well. 6 days on one off.. 3 very heavy low volume basic movements, 3 medium/light days with accessory and shaping pump style volume and movements.

    If you think you will overtrain, think again you have to know wtf training is before you can say you overtrain. Its a term fitness fucks and internet superstars penned. You can run down your cns and burn out joints but thats all from idiot form, to heavy for your level, stimulant overload, etc. If you train within your genetic limits and eat right you should never have an issue, plus a week off every 12 weeks(3 months) is the best thing you can do. Its a week off from EVERYTHING, eat however, party however, just clear your head and fuck the gym for a WHOLE week. OMG a week, what will bar pumpers do on club night.. do some pushups before you go in, or stay inside til next weekend and cry. I dont care just dont train or stress tissue. Wear 7 shirts if you think you shrunk or just grow up and not worry about your biceps. If you think you need them to get girls, just save yourself the time and buy a hooker and fire up WOW.

    God forbid you work overly hard to achieve something. Rome wasnt built in a day but it could have been with a good diet and routine plus a shit load of test. And if you want a sample medium cycle included fuck it, i will put one up.

    You guys tell me what you want to see and ill include some of it if i think its worthy and doable. oh and btw, go fuck yourselfs I didnt miss you and im sad your all still alive. ;)

    I am curious to see how you would set up a 6 day a week training program. Even though I fucking hate people who come up with new "programs" all the time. We have a guy at NGBB who is like this. Every 3-4 weeks he has pulled some program out of his or Greg Panora's ass and has to tell me about it.

    Not sure what you're going through and all, but best of luck with it man. Hopefully shit clears up soon and you can get back on here more often.
    It's nice having the advice/wisdom around here from someone who had done it all.
