Do you do the same groups you already did or go on to the next?

I did that most of october. CT reccomends doing the same bodypart...going heavier in the morning workout. For the last while though been doing different bodyparts.
tried it for a little while, didn't notice anything different
Won't make much, if any, progress lifting twice a day naturally.
I know Chad Waterbury has a pretty intense program for lifting 2x a day...but you better be on some good shit and have good recovery.
A few times in the last few months i've lifted twice in a day. Reason being is because I'll have a really shitty workout in the morning, and I get pissed so I'll go back later that day fully energized.

I read that in one of his books, him bragging about the split day routine, but never once did he really mention being on steroids.

I don't do cardio at the gym anymore since it's so ungodly boring.

Its fine. I trained 10 times per week for a few months and twice per day everyday for the last month. The last month was probably too much but still...
Just don't try to kill yourself in any of your workouts. If you're gonna do high volume and high frequency, observe your intensity. Its also a matter of acclimating yourself to it. Jumping into a 12 workout a week from 4 workouts per week could also be trouble.
i do two a days on friday and mondays... usually same body parts, or intense full body shit or core work for one of the workouts.
Active recovery workout + heavy workout.
I will be switching to something like this when I have a more sane schedule.
Honestly I would go to the gym twice a day all the time (lift in the morning, cardio at night) if it wasnt so embarrassing for the same employees to see me twice in one shift
Thats why Im at 3 gyms Golds Gym is where I lift, I do most of my cardio at 24HR with a friend, and I go to my cousin's university to lift with him on the weekends.

I do but it's only twice a week. When I squats or deadlifts, I don't lift again that day.
It will probably hurt you more than give gains..unless your on marinara sauce

DECAthalons are good for training and getting jacked for your ANAVARsery. TEST it out though for sure..u CLEN do it!
