:wtc: I backed it into a into another car and it's front tires were sticking out.

The scratches are about 1 inch in diameter. Not really noticeable. But its a brand new car.

I wonder if any used GS27 scratch remover before?

    Does it work well?

I'm not sure whether the black is from the tire rubbing off onto your paint, or because it scratched your paint off all the way to the bare bumper... the second pic looks more like the latter, whereas the first pic could possibly be the former. Which is it? If the paint is scratched off, there's nothing you can do short of touch up paint or respraying. If the black marks are from the tire, some Meguiar's Scratch-X, DACP, or some rubbing compound should work.

I can't tell either, but what you recommended may be a bit overkill. Start with a light polish, and I bet it will come out if it is just a transfer. Always start light and work your way up the abrasiveness ladder if needed.

How abrasive is Scratch-X in comparison to other products?

Scratch-X is best for spot on scratches.
