    Found out more info:

The gym is called Body Construction Zone and it is located at 825 East St. Woodland CA 95776.

The gym has a powerlifting room that has the following:
    Mono Lift
    Forza Deadlift platform
    2 EliteFTS racks
    [they are custom racks]with benches.
    Competition Bench
    Reverse Hyper
    GHR
    Jump stretch platform [for bands]
    Deadlift Bar
Safety Squat bar [the new one]
    Squat Bar
    Cambered Bar
    2 Texas power bars
    Trap Bar
    Fat Bar [revolving ends]
    Boards
    Bands
    6 sets of chains
    Kettle Bells
    Sleds
    Grip machine
    Fat grip Dbs
    Tons of plates
I will be looking into getting some Kegs, Tires, sand bags and farmer walks.

The gym membership will only be 35 a month.

I forgot to mention it is also a commercial gym. We have tanning, massage, child care, aerobics room, cardio, a bunch of machines, Dumbbells and free weights.

All the powerlifting equipment I mentioned before is in a 800 sq/ft area that is designated to me.

FUCK, driving distance is 23 miles. Damn i can't believe there isn't any facilities in the city of Sacramento, for how big it is i figured there was probably like 1-3 good places to train.

23 miles isnt that big of a deal depending on traffic and time of day....

If it was an hour or less each way I'd train there 3-4 times a week, if it was more then an hour Id go on the weekends and once maybe twice druing the week.

    duuuuude, i'm from 530 :wiggle:

you're at least 25 mins from sac if you're in a 530 area code, even at the edge of auburn.

edit: read that wrong... either way, same thing. edge of 530 (in auburn) is a good 25 mins from sacramento

I thought about this, but thats 736 miles per month. Figuring in gas, and fitting it into my fulltime school schedule+32hrs/week of work would be almost impossible. I wonder if he would cut me a deal if i just went on Sundays to do some farmers and tire flips etc.

when i lived in california my gym was 16 miles away and i didnt like that... i was working 32-34 hours per week at a place 35 miles away, and 12 credits at school 32 miles away. i coordinated work/school so i had them on the same days and didnt have to drive that far EVERY day, but the gym was in the opposite direction.
