I know very little about how the human body works and I want to pick up a book to learn about it. Any recommendations?

Yep. I honestly know next to nothing about the human body as far as how everything works. Tendons, ligaments, muscles, skeletal structure, veins, etc. are all foreign to me. If possible, I would like to avoid getting a book that goes into an enormous amount of detail that only someone in the medical field would be interested in or even understand.

Any medical school book or something like that, my paramedic A&P book and main paramedic book by Brady have TONS of endless info.
