My situation right now has my classes conflicting with my school's weight room hours. Rather than drive half an hour to a gym where I'd have to buy a membership, I've just been doing a lot of stuff in my dorm room (I've got a few sets of dumbbells). I'm not try to get big or anything and my sports days are over, mostly just looking to maintain. My only problem is I don't know anything I can do specifically for my chest. Like I said I've got a few sets of dumbbells, a bed, and a chair, no bench. Does anyone have any exercises I can do to at least partially replace me not being able to bench, etc.?
