  1. Backstory "cliffs notes" i have been a dedicated lifter/studying martial arts for a couple of years... very abbridged version...

    skiing last week i crashed and really stessed my IT band, running from outter hip, through your knee, and to your foot. does anyone have any advice for stretching/threngthinging that area? probably only a select few may have some input, and i seek your advice.

    i went through some scans, and took some advice frome some PT's... looking for anyone else who might have had this problem.
