    i need some cash

    1942 mosin GREAT shape with original scope, scope is like 1952 or 62

    replaced shitty alum scope base with steel base.

    400+ship

    can probably get pics tonight

    No, but I would be interested in finding out how I could scope my current mosin. (if possible, without permanently modifying anything.

    cheaper than dirt carries a mount that replaces the rear leaf sight.

    But you have to use an extra long eye relief scope. (a pistol scope)

    Not to be a jerk, but you should clarify its not a real sniper version.
    The russian army picked the most accurate of the Mosins to be sniper versions.

    Yours is just a 91/30 with a scope. Not that there is anything wrong with that. I just didn't want to see someone mislead.

    S&K mounts, but it costs $80 and its a scout style scope mount
    Replaces front sight

    yep with an aluminum base that will be broken in the box when you pull it out. so ya, know what you are talking about :)
