Tempting, would this fit a 30D + grip, 3 lenses and a flash?

Question how comfortable is it when you have it packed? Do you wear it on the shoulder or around the neck?

Because after awhile sometimes i find that when i carry stuff after awhile it just starts to ache. And I would find myself switching from each shoulder and around the neck.

I'm still on the market for a cam bag, but weighing the options of a backpack or over the shoulder type :o

the backpack wouldn't hurt as much as a shoulder bag and you'd be switching shoulders more often than not. it wasn't a deciding factor to me so i went with it.

I wear it on my shoulder over the head across the chest.. like a messenger bag. if you have it on your shoulder without going diagonal across your chest, it'll fall off. as a messenger bag it works perfectly either on my hip or back.. I can rotate from one position to the other, or rotate it to front to pull stuff out easier (or if I'm moving through a crowd and want to keep an eye on it)
