    you mean ak style receiver? imo there's too much involved in trying to assemble an ak (if you don't have the equipment) for it to be worth it.

    There's no loophole for AK's like AR's. For AK's it was basically just worded like "AK type reciever", wasn't brand name specific. Saiga's can't be sold, etc, etc.

    You've never assembled one have ya? You do need a press to pull the barrel, but a cheap auto shop press works, and a 6-pack later at the repair shop your barrel is out. And $10 for some bolt cutters to modify into rivot sqeezers. That was the total of my special tools.
