Anyone here use casein protein as their primary protein powder source?

    If so what and where do you purchase your powder? I usually take about 2-3 shakes a day. ON 100% casein is what I've bought in the past, but it's getting pretty damn expensive. Thanks.

    i use allthewhey's calcium caseinate just b4 bed its not that expensive iirc.

    mix one scoop of whey and one scoop of casein :dunno:

    I use ultra peptide casein.

    yea i requested a perma on my old account, now that's it's summer i needed to blow some time on OT, mods are ignoring me and wont give it back, so now i'm a fucking noob. oh well.

    Yea Data, only problem with Ultra peptide is that it's a mix of casein/whey isolate.

    i just recieved my 4 lb container of ONs chocolate 100% casein

    it tastes good mixed with milk. i take 1 scoop with milk every night before bed

    that's because calcium caseinate is cheap. micellar casein is expensive.

    it is, but a blend of both is basically ideal for just about every situation. what's the reason you don't want any whey?
