i felt heart palpitations this morning during a pretty taxing workout. towards the end of my workout, i went to measure my heart rate.. i noticed that i was skipping a single heart beat at regular intervals (roughly 1 every 15 seconds).

i stopped immediately and went home.. i've always had palpitations during workouts and i've been told not to worry about them, the skipped beat thing is a new finding though.

curious if anyone else has any experience? google says skipped beats relate to palpitations and not to worry about them. that shit feels WAY too weird for me not to worry though :hs:

:werd: they'll probably get you on a little heart monitor that you have to carry around with you everywhere and when you feel like that you'll have to have it take your pulse.

i watched a show on this the other day. after your body burns off the fat and most muscle. your body shuts down everything except part of the brain, heart and lungs. which makes you crazy, then you die.
the show was on cannibals, how the mind drove them to eat each other.
