Mine just came in the mail on Saturday.....I'm in the process of loking for a good holster.

the class is easy. Just go to your local gun range and sign up. Takes up almost all day one Saturday, but well worth it. Will end up costing you around $250 in all.

You're not Texan if you don't have your CHL :big grin:

You can take your CHL courses anywhere. Most of the gun stores in Houston (or Texas in general) will offer some kind of a course. Some ranges also offer the CHL Class.

This pretty much consolidates all the info for CHL in Texas.

Jim Pruett's Guns and Ammo is a bit far of a drive from Conroe. I'm sure there are other places closer that you could go to. I bought my Comp-Tac concealment holster from Pruett's btw.
