    its basically Caffeine + Yohimbine HCL.... take it in the morning before breakfast and do your cardio or the Yoh will have no effect. Its not bad for energy, didn't really help me much with the energy thing aside from the first 1 or 2 days I took it, then it didn't help much. I get better results from my ECY stack for obvious reasons

    ... I know what it is... I have it sitting on my desk. Like I said, Yoh is cancelled out by insulin so if you are using redline as a Dietary supplement to lose weight (like it is intended) take it in the morning before you eat. It is basically like supplementing ECY except instead of CY in the morning you are taking Redline
