    but kept calories the same?
I figured out that I can stay at 175lbs if I consume approx. 19000-20000 calories per week and running maybe 6-7 miles per week. So in february I'm going to try and gradually increase cardio to 10-14 miles per week and possibly add the lipo-6 downthe line depending on my progress....maybe in march.

yes, if I'm preparign for a show i will do a 10 week diet. However, on the 15th week i will start reducing my set rest periods to 45-60 seconds and do about 15 minutes of cardio afterwards ....keeping the calories the same of course.

    2500-3000

I took 3 months away from the gym, so I'm not eating that much now. I'll be back in Feb.

they are just being weakminded. If they are jealous that is. They could never achieve your goals, because they place limitations upon themselves.

I just edited it. 19,000-20,000 calories per week. Usually 3000 on workout days, 2500 on cardio days and 2000-2500 on my one off day. But I usually also have one cheat that I try to scedule preferably on the 3000 cal day.

    arms were forward though...

And nope. I've tried yohimbine on its own in the mornings... didn't really see a difference. EC stacks have usually worked well for me.
