Anyone here eat Flakes of Turkey/Chicken/Ham?

    I hate Tuna so I find this is a pretty good alternative. Tastes better to me than Tuna and has 24g protein per can. The only problem is the sodium is high, although you can get a 33% less sodium version.

    Do you guys have flakes or turkey in the US? I rarely ever hear it mentioned as an alternative to canned Tuna.

    Costco sells big cans of flaked chicken that I have once in a while. I like to mix it up with some mayo and veggies and put it on a sandwich for a quick lunch.
