get egg beaters.. I mix it in with some protein on my medium days. egg whites mixed with xtreme formulations ultra peptide 2.0 peanut butter flavor is sooo good.

btw, I remember reading somewhere that you only get like 40% of the nutritional value of eggs/egg whites when they are consumed raw.. that's why I suggested using egg beaters or some other type of egg whites that have been pasteurized.

if you have a costco membership or know someone that does, try looking there. I hear they have a good deal on pasteurized egg whites.

I have not eaten raw eggs in years. I used to do it in high school but stopped because I just got sick of it and started focusing more on egg white consumption anyways.

It really is not that bad to cook eggs... People make it a big culinary event, but in reality I prepare a full egg meal in ~ 5min.

I crack 6 whites and 1 whole egg into a bowl and add a tbsp of milk. I take a non-stick pan and throw in a few slices of cut up deli meat ham, when it browns I throw the eggs in.
They cook in 2min, then I throw it on a plate with hot sauce and pre-made chopped green onions.

The whole thing takes 5min and with a decent non-stock pan and some hot water the pan comes clean in 10seconds.

If you really despise eating eggs THAT much though, just do the raw thing. I know people that do it, and as long as your eggs are good quality your chances of getting sick are extremely rare.

    Fuck that.

I understand you want to eat right away... So after you use the pan, poor some water in it and let it soak while you eat. Then after you eat, the pan is easy to clean.... Shit takes a fucking minute. You need to regulate on your roommates Mike!
Or buy your own non-stick pan and threaten to quad smash any motherfuckers that try to use it.

I love it. Eggs are great because you can add a little of this and a little of that and completely change the consistancy and taste of the dish.

On days I don't have class and actually have the time to be more attentive to my eggs I will throw in some mushrooms and spinach sauteed in olive oil in addition to the ham and green onion and then top it with a bit of sharp cheddar.

It's a bit more complicated (might take a whole 15min, lol) but it's nice to break out of the monotony of your standard scrambled eggs.

If you don't like eggs, don't eat them:hsugh:
Cooked > uncooked because : risk of salmonella (not really a risk), biotin deficiency from uncooked raw egg white (biotin binds to avidin, pasteurization isn't cooking), better bioavailability of protein (again, pasteurization is not cooking).

If you don't have much time, buy one of those plastic thing that lets you cook eggs in the microwave. Plus, they'll be perfectly sized for egg mcmuffins

I used to take the eggs and put them in a bowl with a lid and just throw it in the micro. After like a minute I'd take it out, flip it over, and throw it in for another minute.

There's really no easier way to make eggs than that.
