Anyone here do side shoulder pressing?

    I'm not really sure what the benefit would be. And maybe its just me but I can't get down very far. My lat gets in the way, to get down any farther puts my wrist in a very dangerous angle.

    its listed as a replacement/supplement to laterals..i think if you can bend your arm and keep it against you when the bar drops down, your lats would be out of the way..

    I would agree if you used it as a strength movement, but i would THINK with moderate to light weight, high reps..it could be a good lateral head movement.. Ill probably just add them in and see where it takes me.

    Let me know. I honestly can't figure out what part of the shoulder it would hit. I'm still trying to do it in a fucking office chair. :rofl:
