how do you take that shit? Is swallowing goopy egg whites tough at first?

I think that's the next phase of my commitment to getting fucking jacked.

$53 per tub is going to fucking suck though.

You know you can cook them instead of just drinking them straight up right?

I want to take them as a protein supplement rather than cook them with food. I think I can just gulp that shit down. Any idea what say 1 cup of egg white yields in protein?

I'm not doing the organic food thing, but not eating food made in a factory with a bunch of chemicals. I may end up sticking with the whey though because its easy, and the ingredient list is not scary.

I know this isn't exactly for your use, but just a tip I guess...

a good MRP (let it be known that I don't advocate MRP's but if they are your absolute resort...) would be some pasteurized egg whites (like egg beaters) and whey... drink it while eating some peanut butter

if for whatever reason I didn't plan ahead enough and my last resort is to use a meal replacement, I do that... it's better than just straight whey IMO

even though the chances of getting salmonella are rare, the more important thing is that there is no point in consuming raw eggs as your body can only utilize ~50% of it's nutrients... so instead of just cooking it or buying pasteurized eggs (or egg whites) and getting ~4g protein/egg white, you'd be getting ~2g protein/egg white.
