I am just curious if I have any friends out there who love Infected Mushroom. I listen to it all the time and I find it hard to find music just like it. It is considered Goa Psy Trance but I find it so far away from trance and so far off in its own description.

I really love listening to ALL kinds of music. The funny part is that I am extreamly picky no matter who it is. Every time I hear an artists CD I like ONE maybe TWO of the songs on the CD. This goes the same for any artist with the exception of a few CDs (Metallica - Black Album and couple others).

I just found Infected Mushroom one day and I love pretty much everything they have ever made. Hope I can find some people who do as well and maybe give me some suggestions on what else they listen to.

    Thanks.

I think I have every album myself. Its defiantely worth getting if you have the time. Its a type of trance for those who dont know. Though I wouldnt say its anything like normal techno or trance. Its very progressive and inventive. No two songs are really alike. Thats what I love the most about them.

I have some mental connection between them and Simon Posford but I don't know why... my bro probably put them both on a CD for me at one point. Anyway, I just went exploring and found that Posford is one of their influences - are you familiar with him? Shpongle, Hallucinogen, and Celtic Cross are some of his projects. His work is some of my favorite in the genre.
