A&P Anyone have the Sigma 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 DC OS?

    If so, can you post some pics and your experince with it?

    I have the kit 18-55, and the EF 50mm f/1.8, looking to get a general purpose tekle lens to walk around with.

    Or any other lenes suggestions in the same price range, ~$400, with IS?

    man I am almost afraid to admit to having the the Sigma 18-200. Last 3 posters have called it crap.

    All in one lenses have their set backs. That's all I'm going to say.

    the lens isn't horribly great but it isn't as shitty as people make it out to be. for the money and nothing more than just a general purpose lens, i'd say go for it.

    posting pics won't do you any good...go to a camera store and use one if you can.
