ok, so I have always been a Sig or HK guy but I have some spare $$ laying around and am interested in picking up a Glock 23 compact .40. I'm just fine carrying my 229R in 9mm but would also like something cheap and simple I could throw on when needed. anybody have experience with the G23 or similar? Where's the best place to pick one up? i'd like it used. How much would I be looking to spend for a nice package with some mags and night sights? thanks!

Should be able to get a 2nd or 3rd gen Police Trade for $375ish with NS.

    Mags are like $17

I love mine. I've never had any problems with it, it fits my hand well, is easy to conceal, and shoots accurately.

well, had a chance to handle a Steyr M40 with the rail and it was pretty cool. now i'm really considering it. I know that some of you are real big steyr whores but i can't remember which ones. anybody have one that can offer good or bad experiences on it?
