Basically my ipod hd is dead, I sent it to apple a few weeks ago, and they said nothing was wrong with it, but there is. Anyway, rather than sending it back to them and waiting and all that b.s., I'd rather just take it to the apple store. However, its 11 months old and I don't have a receipt, so will they still help me out with it?

you can't set a specific time w/o a Procare card, but www.apple.com/retail and look for your store, you should be able to reserve the next available appointment and then time your visit accordingly
