i'm researching for my employer and ive narrowed it down to Heroix Longitude, NetIQ AppManager Performance Profiler, and Symantec i3 for a large healthcare organization. the problem is torn SQL pages and I/O bottleneck is suspected

anyone have any experience or insight is greatly appreciated

what do you mean by "monitor"? What problems are you having? If you are using sql 2000 or greater, there is always the built in system monitor you can look at.
