Anyone have any tips for ACL rehab workouts?

    Had my ACL replaced last November. Still working on the leg strength and its getting a little boring doing presses, lunges, and limited squats. Still some pain in the area too... Anyone else go through this? advice?

    excellent... been working on the elliptical almost daily. How much pain is bad pain. I get some pressure down there but nothing that feels intense. I usually do partial range of motion for now as that pressure builds with more motion
