thinking about taking it
its a halodrol-50 clone. its methylated oral steroid that will be off the market soon.
Any bad side effects?
yep... hop on anabolicminds.com and do research there. It isnt as harsh as superdrol, but its still a steroid that requires not so legal substances to come back to normal when you are done taking it.
increased blood pressure
increased bad cholesterol
decreased good cholesterol
increased liver enzymes
most sides are easily controlled, but 99.5% of anyone posting on OT has no business even considering AAS.
Well im 21, ive been going to the gym for over 3 years, started lifting about 4 months ago with little to no result ide say.
He told me to take this and lift with him and ill see results
your uncle is an idiot, your test levels are at their peak right now. telling a fucking 21 year old with no diet dedication to take gear... brilliant. (this is not a rip on you)
get your diet down 100%, train hard with basic supplements for 3-4 years... as in, never miss a workout and stick to a solid diet and your gains will come like crazy. if you aren't making gains but you are lifting on a somewhat decent lifting routine, your diet sucks... plain and simple.
Three things required for growth:
- Caloric Surplus
- Heavy Compound Lifts (squat, bench, deadlift, rows, military presses)
- Good Sleep
If you don't have all three of those your gains will suck.
Yeah it has to be my diet.
I eat clean during the day, has no cravings for anything bad nor do i want them.
Tuna/wheat bread toasted/grilled chicken/fish/vegetables etc
My only godam vice is I just get the munchies at night from pot and usually eat peanut butter and jellies or too much oatmeal..
its never anything THAT bad but i know thats what the fuck my problem is
i think its a combination of eating that shit at night and then going to bed
the best thing you can do is track your cal intake. Even if you are a smaller dude trying to put on size garbage food won't always be the worst thing ever. If you aren't putting on size but you are trying to, you aren't eating enough. If you are putting on size but you aren't trying to, you are eating too much / not burning enough.
you dont have to have a clean diet to grow.. and in reality, it's easier to have a dirtier (not dirty) diet and see better results.

im 175 5'7 but i wouldnt say im fat by no means.

then eat clean, keep a close track of your cals.. figure out what caloric range makes you grow.. maybe 2 lbs a month.. maybe less.. adjust your cals up and down by 200-300 and see what works. if you notice you're putting on fat, drop the cals by 250 every day and see what happens.
it's a guessing game and it's different for everyone. unless you're some sort of genetic freak, are on AAS, are a complete noob or are incredibly fat, it's not going to be easy to put on any significant muscle without adding fat with it.

lift hard, eat clean and do HIIT on your off-days.

Don't be a fucking roiding pussy...be more dedicated. Pretty much anyone that asks about steroids on F&N shouldn't think about using them for a couple years at least.
If you wanna take gear take the real thing. Sadly the legal steroids available are much worse for you.
