I think my ex may have because I have been getting calls from them on my cell phone for a while. Not 24/7 but far too many. I shouldn't get any and the only way is if someone used my number. I just got a call asking with a guy asking for her, which really started to make me think. What would you all do, just change your number because that will cost me money and I will have to call everyone up and tell them I have a new number.

    Here's is the solution:
    https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx

If you get telemarketing calls after 30 days of being on that list, either get their phone number or the name of the company or both. Then go back to that website and file a complaint.

The Federal Government will then handle it.

I used to get between 5 and 10 TM calls a day. Since being on the list, only about 1 a month.
