Also if anyone has a low pro gas block they don't want/need, I might buy it off you if it's what I am looking for. :hsd:

ask keesh if you need a reference regarding borrowing the wrench. I'll pay shipping both ways and send you cheese and sausage when I return it.

or if anyone has an extra one they want to sell, that would work too. cant find a decent one online that isn't shit (not buying from CTD)

EDIT leaving my office. ill respond in an hour or so

MG, I wonder if that block will fit under the YHM FF rail...

plus I can't find my caliper to figure out what OD my barrel is. I should call LMT

  4. The JP website lists it as .775" over bore for the height. I guess the safest way would be to call YHM.

    or .775?

  8. .775 is the height of the gas block over the bore centerline. The gas block fits .750" barrels. If you go to JP's gas block overview page they tell you it's for .750" barrels.

    cool. thanks

  12. What do you have for trade? The gas block is new. I never used it on a rifle. It was for my Grendel build before I gave up on it. I'd just ask $80 shipped for it. (JP wants $70 + shipping) and I'll toss the DMPS wrench in the box too, as long as you send it back to me in a reasonable amount of time.

MG, how does one line that gas block up? If it's easy, I'll PayPal you today. Tried to order a wrench from Del-ton and they're out 12-16 weeks

  21. JP says to lay the upper on a large, flat surface to make sure the gas block and upper are square. That'll make sure the gas block is installed straight up and down.

Here are the instructions from JP.
    http://jprifles.com/instructions/Rifle/JPGS-1, JPGS-2, JPGS-2S, JPGS-5.pdf

If you want it, PM me and I'll send you my paypal info.

  22. Did you check with YHM to make sure it'll fit under your rail?
