i'm looking to get a 20 degree right hand version and i'd like to see more pictures of it.

and i'm confused as to which pictures they are showing on their site. if i say i want a right handed holster, does that mean the grip of the gun is going to be on the right side?

it means it will be on your right hip, slide facing forward.

no matter where you put it, the grip will be faced the same way, like so..

is that a right handed holster? b/c if that were on the middle of my back the grip would only be accessible to my left hand.

I think Krott got mixed up if you want to carry in small of your back accessable by right hand you would need a left hand holster.

eh, I'd still use a right handed holster.. you're going to have to push your knucles into your back to get a grip on a left handed holster..

i can easily reach behind me with my hand down, like I'll pull a gun..

take the palm of your hand, place it on your lower back, with your thumb facing to the right.. pretty easy, eh?

with a left handed holster, you'd have to slide your hand/fist in between your grip and your back, wouldnt be the best way to go IMO

BUT.. i never actually tried it, so maybe I'm wrong

no matter what hand you use, if you are reaching for a gun on the middle of your back, your knuckles will be facing your back (hand between the grip and your back)

not if the top of the slide is facing to the right, then the only thing to go between the grip and your back would be your right thumb

think of that pic I posted, but just slide the gun to the middle of the back..

I don't think I'd want a holster with any cant for small of back carry, especially 20 degrees. I would get get it the way krott says though personally. Notice how if you grabbed it with your palm away from your back how you have a twist you have to make with your wrist, to me the smooth sweep with my palm toward my back is much more natural.

I have Sidearmor. It's good for what you pay, but look at Blade-tech or Comp-Tac.

Mine will be left-handed, and go in the small of my back.. I don't want to be shoving all 4 fingers against my back when a thumb will work 10x better..

Besides, if I swapped to a right-handed one to draw with my left hand, I'd have to make a unnatural (to me) twist of the wrist to get into firing position, whereas with a left-handed one, it's grab, pull up, aim & fire.

after some consideration, ive decided to go with the comp-tac (ctac) right handed due to its versatility
