What do you mean by "sauce"? There's Tobasco and Texas Pete hot sauce in it?

/I know it's not really a casserole but it is an quick and easy lunch. :wiggle:

Well I said a "whole lotta" hot sauce :)

I know it's not the type of recipe you were asking for, but it's been my "tuna casserole" lunch at work for about 20 weeks now while I'm trying to lose weight. I don't know if it's the vinegar or the peppers in the hot sauce but it takes all the fish taste out of the canned tuna.
