Anyone have a good Excel layout for keeping track of your daily meals?

    I want to start counting my calories and get a little more in depth with my diet, i suck at Excel and wondering if anyone has a layout they could send me? something with a spot for the food, calories, fat, carbs, protein etc., i hate using that fitday shit it takes to long. Thanks!

    i have a couple, but if you go to the microsoft office website there are some pretty good templates on there you can use

    +1. I got one from there and just changed it up a bit to match my needs.

    If I find a second, I may upload all the ones I have to the OTFN server.

    You think an excel file is going to be easier and faster?

    fitday is really quick once you get your commonly used foods into the custom and recent food sections.
