I talked to Verizon and Coby and they only have one code that didn't work (1548).

Googling comes up with the same question, but no answer.

There should be a universal code that will give you basic remote functionality. A friend of mine has FiOS and has an HCT Plasma TV in his living room. Verizon lists no codes at all for that brand, however, there is a universal code that he uses that gives him basic remote functionality.

I tried what i thought was a universal code which was 1548 or something, but it didn't work. Verizon and Coby were no help.

If you can get me the code, I'll try it.

There's a code that is for TVs that are not listed. I can't remember exactly what it is, but I think it was like 0911 or something like that. You can also check Verizon FiOS customer support if you want.
