anyone got a link to good tutorial bout installing apache + mysql server on a redhat

    and also a way to forward ports for mysql/apache (because i have a firewall on linux + an external router)

    if anyone have any good tutorials, feel free to post them

    I haven't seen a red hat distribution that does not have apache. If you forgot to install it originally, just download the source or an rpm.

    MySQL is easy to install:
    1.) download source
    2.) read INSTALL
    3.) ./configure; make; sudo make install

    hell, just specify the packages when you install redhat. It has both apache and mysql

    how do i check if i installed apache + mysql when installing redhat? :hs:
