If so whats your routine?
I do, Timber does, and so does y1997.. not sure if anyone else does or not.
I was thinkin about hittin the gym in the evenings too after i get off work.
What routine do you guys do?
look in the training logs subforum.. you can see what all 3 of us are doing.
key things you need to know:
when you lift for the first session, wait at least 4-6hrs. before hitting the gym for the second session. anything less than that and you'll be too fatigued.
your workouts should be no longer than 30-40 minutes each.
make sure your diet is on point if you're gonna try and do this.
There's a routine I was following where you do the same bodypart twice per day. Heavy or higher skilled movements in the morning...higher reps later on.
Yeah thats what i was thinkin. I go 2 the [email protected] before I have to go to work and then I was thinkin of [email protected] again when I get done. I dont think my wife likes the idea tho =/
